Our client is a managed services company with a proven record in providing solutions to Federal Government clients. They are seeking the services of 2-3 x Service Desk Analyst to provide service desk and system administrative duties. You will be working as part of an on-site team supporting a Federal Government client. These are all permanent positions with an immediate start.
Technical competencies include, 3 years + experience:
- Office 365
- Hardware installation and support
- Skills in SOE packaging and software deployment
- Extensive desktop support experience within a Government environment
To be considered for this position, you will require the following skills/experience:
- 3 + years Service Desk support within a Federal Government environment
- Current Baseline or NV1 clearance
- Available to commence work immediately
- MCP or MCSE certification
- Understanding of ITIL or government quality assurance guidelines
- Team & collaborative approach
- Willingness to up-skill & undertake training in Microsoft technologies and Cloud
