•Demonstrated Process Improvement; Business Improvement in a Master Scheduling capacity.
•Demonstrated project scheduling experience (min 5-8 yrs) with Microsoft Project Scheduling software (or equivalent).
•Demonstrated high level ability and working knowledge of project governance.
•Demonstrated high level ability and working knowledge of resource planning and Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI)
•Demonstrated ability to use a variety of technical applications, including SAP, Microsoft Office, Visio, SharePoint, and other business process tools.
•Demonstrated ability to work in a positive professional relationship with clients and staff located in geographically separate locations.
Skills & Experience required for this position:
•Current NV1 clearance and available to commence work immediately
•Essential – Industry project scheduling experience (min 5 yrs) with Microsoft Project Scheduling software, Defence and business process/ planning experience in a project management environment (or equivalent).
•Essential – A degree or diploma from an Australian Tertiary Institution or equivalent qualification in a relevant business area (eg, Applied Science or Engineering).
•Desirable – Member of the AIPM or PMI, and PMBOK or Prince 2 certified.
•Desirable – Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI); Change Management; ITIL)
