Our client is a nationally recognized managed services company with a proven record in providing solutions to Federal Government clients. They are seeking the services of a Service Desk Analyst to provide service desk and system administrative duties. You will be working as part of a team supporting a Federal Government client. This is a contract engagement is for 6 months.
Technical competencies include, 2-3 years + experience:
Windows XP, Vista or Windows 7
Hardware installation and support
Skills in SOE packaging and software deployment
Extensive desktop support experience within a Government environment
To be considered for this position, you will require the following skills/experience:
2-3 + years Service Desk support within a Federal Government environment
Current Baseline or NV1 clearance (mandatory)
Available to commence work immediately
MCP or MCSE certification
Understanding of ITIL or government quality assurance guidelines
